All donations made through Mazima are considered final and non-refundable.
This ensures that program planning and delivery remain uninterrupted.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.
4. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
Monthly donations can be canceled at any time by contacting us.
Cancellation will take effect before the next billing cycle.
