Why It Matters
In Uganda’s villages, water is more than a resource—it’s a foundation for health, dignity, and daily life. Yet thousands rely on distant, unreliable sources that burden families and compromise hygiene.
Every solar-powered borehole transforms a village center into a hub of wellness. It means clean water for cooking, handwashing before prayer, and safe access for children, elders, and entire households.
The Solution
Each borehole is more than a well—it’s a full water system. We drill deep, install solar-powered electric pumps, elevate tanks, and build tap stands for handwashing and ablution. Every site is tailored for village-wide use, with durability and dignity at its core.
From village centers to prayer grounds, these systems restore hygiene, protect health, and honor daily rituals. Built by local crews. Powered by the sun. Designed to last.
How It Works
Every borehole is delivered through a precise, locally-led process—combining technical excellence with community trust.
1. Site Selection & Survey
We assess water tables, community needs, and solar exposure to ensure long-term viability.
2. Borehole Drilling
Local crews drill deep into the aquifer using rotary rigs, casing the borehole for durability.
3. Solar Pump Installation
We install submersible electric pumps, connect to solar arrays, and test for flow and safety.
4. Elevated Tank & Tap Stand
Water is stored in elevated tanks and distributed through tap stands and ablution points.
5. Sanitary Seal & Drainage
We seal the borehole and construct soak pits to prevent contamination and protect groundwater.
6. Commissioning & Training
Water User Committee receives training, maintenance kit, and formal handover for sustainability.
